DAVEH:  Jesus (as Blaine pointed out in a parallel post today) was the firstborn of our Father.  And, he was 'one' with our Father, whereas Lucifer rebelled.
And certainly, when Lucifer rebelled he lost what heavenly status he previously had as he was ejected from heaven.  For sure .

DAVEH:  Not necessarily.  As Blaine explained, angels can be those who are awaiting to be born, those who have died and are awaiting the resurrection, or those who have died and have been resurrected.
