That's interesting. What gives you this idea though? And certainly, when Lucifer rebelled he lost what heavenly status he previously had as he was ejected from heaven.

Blainer represents this as though the other two thirds have already taken on flesh. Does this mean that the only angels now are the ones who have died? (based on what Dave H. said)
