I agree wholeheartedly with Perry, that your inability to see the
problem with altering pictures like this is VERY SCARY.  You have opened
yourself up to deception.

If the ball player is inappropriate as is, then don't use the picture of
him!  Furthermore, what is he doing playing on the team to begin with?
He should be kicked off the team or given the option to have his tattoos
removed before being allowed to play.  At the very least, make him wear
long sleeves.

Once officials start down this road of deception, there is no limit to
the amount of lying and cover-ups that they will perpetuate for the good
of everyone.  Oh, so Joseph Smith was found to lie about certain things.
For the good of everyone, we will just hide this evidence and change the
text so nobody will know.  This kind of practice leads to all manner of
falsehood and makes lies believable.  I must tell you that when I read
about practices like this one, I want to run as far away from the Mormon
church as I can possibly get.  Orwellian is an understatement!  Perry is
too nice with you.
