Seventh Rib?  What does that mean?  I'm not familiar with this phrase.

One Biblical discussion of the fall of man in Adam is found in Romans 5

Seventh Rib in the context of my comment can only mean one thing.
Romans 5 discusses the consequences of the adamic sin.   It does not deal with the aspect of the "fallen nature" of man.  N.T. Wright, someone for whom I have a great deal of respect,  does assume the "fall"   but the content of that (read:  his) assumption is not discussed in the material to which I have given attention.    Does he believe that Adam and the Mrs were a different kind of person before the fall than after   ---    I don't know.  I do not challenge the biblical claim that things changed   --    but I have no reason, to date, to believe that this change included their nature ----     that they suddenly became like us.
