I use the word "Believers" as in "True Believers" as opposed to
self-described Christians.  All True Believers or True Christians are filled
with the Holy Spirit. Agreed? Izzy

Not all who are considered "Believers" really are believers filled with the 
Holy Spirit.  The parable of the wheat and tares growing together applies to

the churches of earth.
