I have spend sometimes to find a good/simple tool to translate rst or text
file but I did not find anyone.

So I had an idea, we could write a script that will use mercurial history to
show the change that have been made in english version since last change of
the translated version.

Here is a description of the process:

- the file structure will be:

    doc/index.rst
    doc/fr/index.rst
    doc/de/index.rst
    doc/es/index.rst

- when translator wants to update his version:

    - run script on his file:
            script.py doc/fr/index.rst
    - the script will do this steps:
        - find the last changeset of doc/fr/index.rst
        - display diff between the changeset and tip for the file
          doc/index.rst
    - based on the diff, the translator update the file and commit

So if he re-run the script after commit, he will see that there is no more diff.

We could also add an option to the script to work on the all directory and
print out the files that need to be updated.
