Sorry what I meant to say was that if jakarta-tomcat is not
checked out in parallel then the build should fail. The TDK
should always be built from source. If $TOMCAT_HOME is defined
and it points to some old tomcat dist (accidentally) then
the TDK might be built with old slag.
I don't think you should look for TOMCAT_HOME when building
the TDK, tomcat should come from the cvs module not a binary
distribution.
