People who use the GPL *cannot* use software released under the ASL. The
GPL forbids any additional restrictions being placed on the code, and the
ASL places on additional restrictions (requiring credit, among other things).

The ASL is utterly incompatible with the GPL. People who use the GPL 
cannot use Velocity, Turbine, or any other ASL licensed software.
