We're all Web 2.0 experts, aren't we? We should share the load of identifying and giving a description to posts between all users with the possibilties the new technologies like tagging folksonmy, mash-ups etc. give us. I'm thinking of an application that is a kind of mix/mash-up between delicous and google groups. It would allow users to tag posts to this lists and enter descriptions for them (or whole threads). The interface could be either a bookmarklet to be used when viewing the list via the google web interface or auto-generated links in the footer of every mail, i.e. "Tag this message: <url>" or "Submit summary for thread: <url>". The proposed application would then collect these submissions in a database, referenced by the google url of the message. From there, one could generate all kinds of reports including a sort of summary. Just an idea that popped into my insomniac mind.
