It's pretty easy to import the individual Mochikit packages, like
mochikit.base, mochikit.async, etc. rather than loading Mochikit.js (which
pulls in all the subpackages and loads them into the top-level namespace).

When you use Mochikit this way everything is accessed like so:

Mochikit.package.function-name

Is this what you are looking for?  I've always been pretty impressed with
the namespacing in Mochikit...I don't really understand your concern.  Can
you elaborate?
