The orthopaedist who had that thing put on her foot has since taken it off, but says that she can only have physical therapy three days a week, which means that her insurance =still= won't cover her stay at the center. That'll only change when she has to have it every weekday. I still think dad really doesn't know all of his options, but it appears that the only person he'll really trust to inform him about them is an elder-law attorney, who'll of course come with his/her own price tag.
Meanwhile, I'm getting to know a few more of the permanent residents and families... not that I really want to, it's just a consequence of going to the lounge instead of watching (whatever crime-fighting show happens to be on) in the room with her... and today, she asked about the upcoming NBC show Grimm, which is on a night she otherwise doesn't have anything to watch (of the network variety, I'd forgotten she'd been following Haven on Syfy) -- BOB -- TV or Not TV ....
