The silence from mom's doctor, the medical director of the care center (private office next door to both my folks' docs), and the orthopaedist (although mom's said he has no further involvement in her case) is frickin' deafening. Part of me wants to cry over the money this is costing every month. She allegedly still has over a month before these yahoos even think about her case. I'm going to attempt to get her insurer to jump back in.
