As I noted, my experience with musical theater is rather limited - only a handful of professional productions and a boatload of high school, college and community theater productions. So I really was talking about the film version of Annie, and comparing it to other musical films. I also agree that SOM, even well done, is a vastly overrated show. -- -- TV or Not TV ....
