I was going to say Joe Franklin, but after checking, he retired his talk 
show at 66. So it seems yes, Dave's the oldest. He surpassed Johnny in 
shows, in years and in age, he outlasted Jay, and he's helped manage the 
smoothest late night transition since, well, ever.

But Joe still has it: his show lasted 43 years.
