[TVRO] DW-TV

My 5 year old Coship DVB receiver died. I have replaced it with a 
"Fortec Star Lifetime Classic NA" receiver which works very well except 
for one new problem: There is no sound on DW-TV which I receive from 
satellite AMC-1, C band. Indications are the sound is "AC3" which I take 
to mean Dolby digital output. How can I get a normal sound output that 
will be compatible with the TV set? All other channels (FTA, C & Ku 
bands) are being received well & have normal sound. Any ideas?
