If it is a flow control problem you will likely see low download and high
upload (from the clients perspective). We had a few rockets and rocket AC's
that would have great upload for the customer but crap download. What we
had to do for this is have the netonix and the MT and the rockets have flow
control. To not affect backhaus and other things we separated it out on the
MT.
