Sure, typically less than a 2 year payback is considered fair by many but my point is that I can get a faster ROI on UBNT and near immediate payback on LOS customers. There are only so many hours a day so I seriously consider where I spend my resources for the best ROI. I do totally agree with you that you probably have a better chance of keeping customers should any serious competition come into the area. I also agree that you may be able to get UBNT no-go customers. On that note, I'd love to hear how that point is going for you!
