Ok, I managed to reproduce your issue, you have to wait for a while though before it appears (10s or so here).
Reading the HTTP packets captured, it's the anti-phishing protection of Firefox that's contacting Google. The browser seems to ask Google to send an updated version of the anti-phishing list of website.
