On a clean setup of a new machine I do not want to go anywhere to
disable anything, just to prevent that my computer connects somewhere
without my go.

That does not only seem to be a software problem but also feels a bit
like a legal problem. Was that the motivation of Mozilla to come up with
this idea regarding that required signing of an end user agreement?
