I was recently looking at these. From reading online, it seems the US
versions of the T10 and T30 require Windows Media Player 10 with all its
Digital Rights Management stuff enabled to be able to transfer files to
the player. Versions sold in some other countries (of the T10 at least)
apparently work as a standard USB mass storage device, though I'm not
sure if a US version can be upgraded to do this, legally or otherwise.
