For those still interested in Linux compatible mp3 players, you might
check out the iAudio series. The iAudio U3 officially supports Linux
and plays mp3/ogg/wma/asf/flac/wav/mpeg4(video)- the only problems I see
are that it's a bit pricey and has a built-in battery. The iAudio G3
doesn't have a color display but is a bit cheaper and uses a AA battery.
