I had no problems slipstreaming xpsp3-uk.

had to create these files: winxpsp3-updates.bat (empty) & winxpsp3-notips.pl

I did: xpsp3.exe /integrate:f:\winxp where 
f:\winxp is the folder where you have you xp files
