I am sitting in Poulsbo right now reading your email Perry. Thanks for the input. We JUST got it running. We went through 3 1/2 gallons of diesel to get both engines primed. Almost following your steps verbatim. Lesson learned. Don't trust someone else's diagrams...trust the ones that I make. The diagrams for the ball valves are all a complete mirror image. UGH. That is why I drew in air. I saw my starboard tank was almost empty so I switched to the port tank....when in reality it was really all wrong. Oh well. I am headed home in a few. Wish me luck. 20-25 mph constant winds today out here. Lots of white caps.

After he does that, take the fuel line of the fuel filter that goes to the head (the filter on the engine) ( I believe it is the line on the right side of the filter housing. Take a paper coffee cup with fuel in it and fill the fuel line, it will take 2-4 tablespoons of fuel. Put the line back on the filter housing and crank the engine for 4-8 seconds. If it does not start, repeat the procedure. It may take up to 4 or 5 times and the engine will start.
