No offense, but is that supposed to be a constructive answer? My boat needs work. I know it does, but I love it. It fits our family and our boating style perfectly. I have no intention of scrapping it. I see this as a long term "investment" in our family's summer fun. When I pull into a marina, having a Uniflite always is a conversation starter with at least one seasoned Northwest Boater and I enjoy those conversations. If you didn't have experience with a good electrician you could have just left it at that. Thanks for that extremely positive advice. I came to terms with boating being expensive years ago.

It is a wiring nightmare. I had it all re-gelcoated and need to replace the gauges and pull out all the old wiring that goes absolutely nowhere.
