Hi Kerry,
I know your problem well, lots of desire, little skill and no time! I
had the same situation with my 28' Mega. The answer for me was to get
a local auto mechanic and friend of mine to get involved. Although
Cap't Perry is right to say ' take one wire at a time', it may not be
practical in your case. My buddy and I removed all the old wiring ( 35
years and 4 owners worth of cut and splice) and ran new harnesses from
bridge to engine room. No more bad grounds, shaky gauge readings and
such. If you can find a mechanic with good auto wiring savy, it is not
a terrible job. And you will save considerable time and money! Good
