Thanks Perry. I could do the work myself but I just don't have the time. I
am traveling heavily for work these days or I would tackle it myself. I
know full well that I would not get it done before boating season with as
few free hours as I will have before then.

If you are electrical handy then go for it. Do ONE wire at a time, chase it
down and see where it goes. If it is a dead wire junk it, use new tined wire
and marine terminal ends not automotive wire and ends. Buy a GOOD wire
crimper, not the $3.95 crimper. Take your time and do not get ahead of your
self

If you like doing this kind of work, it will be a fun job but time
consuming.

Subject: [UnifliteWorld] Looking for a good boat electrician in Puget Sound

Hey All,

One of the things I want to get done before spring is a rewire of my
flybridge. It is a wiring nightmare. I had it all re-gelcoated and need to
replace the gauges and pull out all the old wiring that goes absolutely
nowhere. I would do it myself but I have no idea where to start on that
rats nest. Anyone have suggestions?

Thanks,

Kerry
