Which SB do you have ? and have you had another server before this one that you try to enable wol on ? If it is an SB3 it can be that it does not have servers mac address right, it remembers the old servers mac This can be checked and changed under current settings with ir remote if SB3, the SB is designed to sent it's magic package to a specific mac address.
