I am the one who put you in that misery to test how you survive Wandboard torture. Did you try other systems to make sure that your WB hardware is fine ? We may have the same symptoms but before jumping to all sort of conclusions we need to eliminate most obvious problems. I was unlucky to solve the issue of faulty wireless in Fedora 19 R2. However I did not spend much time on that and I use Ethernet anyway.
