I have my trusty jewellers loupe and a box full of magnifying glasses. LOL. Pascal Hibon wrote: > > I knew the danger before attempting it but I just had to try it. > Sure. I know that feeling. But I'm more aware of my limitations, now that I'm getting older. I'm still having nightmares about the 5x 21st Maida Reg boards I populated, back to back, last year. I swore after that I'd stay the hell away from anything that reqd SMD soldering. I couldn't see straight and had a headache for 2 days afterwards. Cross-eyed and couldn't focus, after I spent so much time concentrating so hard through optics! Pascal Hibon wrote: > > Yes, I know there is nothing to gain in terms of speed. Yep. That's what I do. I have a lowly 1GB or 2GB card that I used for many years in a mobile phone. Use that for uboot and a boot partition, with a SSD, on my day-to-day F19 WB Quad. No need to want a 16GB Class 10 SDCARD if you're just going to use it for boot. Anything will do. ;) ------------------------------------------------------------------------ JackOfAll's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=3069 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=99395 _______________________________________________ unix mailing list [email protected] http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/unix
