Indeed, Daphile also uses Squeezelite. In both cases (Daphile or VortexBox) I don't transcode to FLAC or any other format and I want to stay native ie. in PCM. It works with Daphile, not with VortexBox. If I transcode to FLAC in VortexBox, the click issue disappear (I did this test quickly 3 weeks ago and I can reconfirm during the week-end). But transcoding to FLAC is clearly not an option for me while almost all my audio files are in AIFF or WAV. I'm very poor with Command lines, sorry about that (this is the first time in my life I see a Linux computer). I don't want to make a mistake and break something... Could you please write exactly the Command line I need to key-in with the PuTTY terminal ?
