The buggy version is 'sudo-1.8.14.p2-1-armv7h.pkg.tar.xz'; i.e. sudo
version 1.8.14.p2-1

The newer working version is sudo-1.8.14.p2-2-armv7h.pkg.tar.xz; i.e.
sudo version 1.8.14.p2-2

If you can do 'pacman -Syu' and if offers the newer version then yes,
it's ok to download. I also tested by reverting to an earlier working
version then updated through SoA so I'm fairly confident that will work
now as well.
