So, I don't need a partition <8GB for X if it is a SCSI drive?

Thanks

Kevin

If this is a SCSI drive, you do not need to partition. If this is and IDE drive, then you will need to create 1 partition of 7.99 GB or less and one with the remainder then install onto the 7.99 sized partition. If you need to have a dual boot computer (X and 9) then you would need at least 3 partitions: 7.99 GB for X, 1.5 for 9, and the remainder for your data. I recomend storing the data separately to make it easier to access from both X and 9.
