Non-profit is a legally regonized entity with tax status, namely
exempt. We are a private organization.

Is UPHPU really a NON-PROFIT? I kinda doubt it. We're just a bunch
of people who get together once a month (or more) to discuss things we
like.
Setting up a not for profit is a good idea, though it does take some
serious work to put in place.
