It seems that rmwindows_v1_19.exe install the file to 
\Realsoft\Realsoft3D\samples\realman\.

please extract the attached file in:
\Realsoft\Realsoft3D\Realman

should look like this:
\Realsoft\Realsoft3D\Realman\Scripts

Now no errors should come up :-)

I installed Realman Ver.1.19.
But, the Realman scripts folder was not created.
