Hi Jason :

Man , that is one of the busiest CGi's I've ever seen , but I
think it still looks great , mainly because of those very nice
looking table cloths ! They seem to set the tone for the whole
image .

I agree about the new AO & the improved Gi . In fact , I
think the key for certain images will be to find the right
mix of AO _and_ Gi .

I'm totally thrilled about the V6 improvements , especially
for non-advanced users who want to quickly , and reasonably ,
light scenes without having to constantly manipulate spot-
lights (aka : a zillion test renders) .

Hi akr

The list can be more workshop like than a gallery for what is possible in
Realsoft, but that is just a reflection of how helpful the community can be
with each other.

I agree it would be nice to see more work published on the list, but as said
before, often people don't put up finished work because they are busy and
know that with a nice image comes a whole load of questions of 'how did you
do that'. Not for want of not helping, merely because of lack of time,
people often simply shy away from showing,

I have attached a recent v6 render. It is not a particularly great
composition or design (blame my client not me) but does show the improved
glass (glasses on left) and general GI render capability in particular
around the chair and table areas in the foreground.

I hope to see more people trying the GI and AO shaders as they are worth the
effort.

Regards

Jason
