Thought I'd throw my (long winded) 2 cents in , first
by including the links to some of these tools mentioned.

Thanks for mentioning your methodology . Much appreciated .

Very Nice Example of the completed example . Thanks .

I see that PANO2QTVR also can export Flash8 instead of QTVR ?

Anyway , I have always loved these pano's from the very first
one I saw years ago . Simple and fun . However , even this full
screen Flash example from the PANO2QTVR site gets kinda boring
after a very short time . It is easy to create , but you seem
to get what you pay for , in a sense .

This 'Hot-Spot' example is an even better experience , I think .

That brings us back to the RSView app . Although much more
work to design the scene and the animated parts of the scene
that you want your viewer/client to experience , I think it
would be a quantum leap beyond a pano , in terms of visual
experience quality ... and just plain fun !

Still , the pano is cool and that's all some clients want ,
so it's great that we have this awesome new method for V5/6 .
Flash & Hot-Spot make the pano2/vr/qtvr also a great option .

Cool too that we have the RSview tool to present as an
option to clients who don't mind paying more , for a much
more enjoyable virtual tour .

Thanks Matt & Frank ... & Realsoft !
