No, actually I'm supporting your point of view towards this
question.  I'm just wondering why (and when) someone would want
to add links to a thread at a later stage that could be
important for postings from before the addition of those links.
If I, with my answer to your posting, would like to point you to
some part of the document by adding a link, I'd have to first
add the link and then write my reply -- right? Otherwise the
email version of my reply would not include my link. So would it
be enough to include the possibility to add a link in the reply
form?
