As you can probably tell, i'm not very patient, and don't normally wait
around for replies (probably why i'm in this mess) so...i just copied
expat.h to where it was required.  It compiled without complaints...then i
went to start apache....Segmentation fault...AGAIN!! man, I thought that I
wouldn't have to see that message much in the summer, away from school, but
boy was i wrong!  nothing in error_log (no MINIT stuff as there was with
some other install i had yesterday).

when i comment out mod_midgard, keep mod_php4 and midgard-php4 ->(don't
comment out extension=midgard.so in php.ini) the segfault goes away.  If i
try and load a page with php in it tho, in netscape Communicator 4.7 i get
the following error: 
"The document contained no data.
Try again later or contact the server's administrator"
if i comment out extension=midgard.so, like usual, php pages get parsed.
