[midgard-user] user-rights in asgard

hi,

how can I create an user, who is accepted by
Asgard-Login and has rights to change certain
pages (not all) in sitegroup0 via Asgard?
Asgard seems to accept only the admin-user.
Is it needful to create new sitegroups for this?
