reinstalled lib,mod,mid-php....started apache...nothing abnormal....APACHE
SEGFAULTS!!  Get the same cases as before...php++midgard=segfault,
nophp+midgard=no segfault, but completely useless for anything!
php+mid-php+nomidgard=php pages don't work...makes sense cause midgard isn't
enabled! 
when installing php4.0.6 again, i just removed the config.cache
file...perhaps this time i'll start completely from scratch.  
if that doesn't work, i think i'm done...
