Its time to start again I think.  To many installs and too many headers all
over the place.  Will blitz my system and start with a clean install then
install apache 2, php and midgard 1.6.2.  Will report back shortly.

/usr/bin/midgard-config --version
Do you still use midgard-core 1.6.1?
You try to compile with old header files.
