Can you check the file: /opt/red5402/webapps/openmeetings/upload/files/
bed99551-f125-4000-a827-cc7ba3070a95/bed99551-f125-
4000-a827-cc7ba3070a95.pdf
and maybe try to open it PDF viewer?

if everything is OK
can you run the full command:

/usr/bin/convert -density 150
/opt/red5402/webapps/openmeetings/upload/files/bed99551-f125-4000-a827-
cc7ba3070a95/bed99551-f125-4000-a827-cc7ba3070a95.pdf
-quality 90 /opt/red5402/webapps/openmeetings/upload/files/
bed99551-f125-4000-a827-cc7ba3070a95/page-%04d.png
