Just thought I would toss this out as a category for some of the
features being asked for.
Recent email on this list about 'keeping users away from tables'.
Emails regarding keeping users away from canned forms/querys/reports.
ODB file encryption.
Switchboards
....
It comes up as just this question - "How do I create a runtime package
from a Base database?" on the forums/mail lists from time to time.
Unfortunately the question is answered way to often with: "OO.o is free
and includes the full Base package, so why would you need a runtime"
from people that assume the question is prompted from a monetary
perspective - which I suspect (ah, know) is not the reason for the question.
