Hi, Thanks for info. I am now downloading OO English version to try what you 
say. I stupidly deleted the German version when it did not work. hope to do 
what you say in the English one. do you think this will work. Many thanks.

Ewan:
You may have to download the German dictionary. There is a wizard:
File->Auto Pilot->Install New Dictionaries. This requires internet
access.
