While I can agree that Perfect Office is OOo, the fact that they've come up with an aggregation package, and are selling it for a profit, a profit they aren't to my knowledge sharing with anybody in the OOo developers camp, it seems to me that they should be doing the support, at least at the first phone call level, on their own nickle. A clearing house thing if you will, because many of the questions they will encounter are available in this lists archives without anyone here wasting any time repeating the same advice ad infinitum. Heck, even a google search beats doing nothing. Therefore I tend to disagree with treating Perfect Office as an OOo clone and drawing on the time resources of this lists members until such time as the resources of cosmi have been used to search the lists archive have been explored and found wanting. At that point, then they, cosmi, should be the one relaying the query to this list. -- Cheers, Gene "There are four boxes to be used in defense of liberty: soap, ballot, jury, and ammo.
