My problem is that they have re-labelled, sell an obsolete copy, and expect someone else to do service for them. No thanks. Sorry, it is my choice as to which questions I answer not yours. If I choose to tell someone that what they are using is not known and that they should approach their vendor then I think this is fair. Seems you disagree and that is your privilege. Please allow me the same privilege. Seems that most of the comments so far have been of the type, you have no right to a choice and that you must do what we tell you.
