To report the issue, look at http://qa.openoffice.org/issues/show_bug.cgi?id=93693 and note the: Version: OOO300m5 Component: framework Subcomponent: ui and I think that will get the issue into the proper group/section for this RC1 version. I'll try to replicate on a WinXPPro SP3 system (I've not been able to so far).
