If the dictionary can be installed by extensions, and you have only a
few, then it is slightly  easier than hand editing "dictionary.lst".

That process does not scale, when items have to be sequentially
installed using an extension manager.

Also remember to include the dictionaries that were released, but
never made it into the official OOo dictionary list.  (At least one
set looks like it won't be migratable to extension format.)
