Which 2.0 documentation is on the ISO? If it's the user guides (Getting Started, Writer Guide, etc), then to be fair to whoever put together the ISO, the 3.0 versions of some of those guides only became available fairly recently (except for Getting Started, which was out in October), but the files for the ISO were probably compiled some time ago. (Just speculating on timing; I haven't looked it up.)
