Well,
Thanks to one of the USA mirror sites, I was able to hand out
some 3.1 CDs

Every update OO.o asks people not to download until the new version is announced. Every update buffoons insist on downloading the new version and telling people it is available before it is officially announced.

I am not a small primate.....(baboons that are buffed. . .),
though my brain have been "re-wired" after several strokes.
Well actually buffed baboons are stronger, faster, louder,
and eat better than I do at this time, since I am totally
disabled with 5 points that each would give me disability
money, one/two being directly resulting from the brain injuries.

I give out the CDs of the files whenever I can. If you
have an event and you have a choice to give out software
that will be replaced in 2-3 days of the replacement if
you can get it?

Most of my users could never find the Mirror sites
or find the install file(s) if they did find it.
That is why I want to give out CDs. It is much easier.

I get the people the most up-to-date version of the
software, docs, and "stuff" as I can. Soon I will be
looking at the 3.x docs to see if there has been any updates
since the last time. Then I re-create the CDs for
re-release to my local area.

Of course, I started to use RC1 as soon as I know it was out,
then the same with RC2. Someone was upset I downloaded the
"final release" instead of renaming RC2 to look like the
new filename. The RC's were loaded on XP and Win2000 computers
for test, but I need to test how it installs on all of the
OS's I have. Besides, could there be a correction between
RC2 and FRC versions if it was a simple but needed fix?

Oh well, this large primate, and his fat kat will be looking
at sleep soon. Maybe some lunch/supper first before it
gets to be 1 am. The fat kat (K not C due to the naming)
is sleeping now but will wake up as soon as I stop working
on this laptop. He is staring at me..... Oh no, he wants
to play swat the nose till he gets his ears scratched.
Later, half to stop the gallons of blood from drowning me
again.
